STROUDSBURG, PA / ACCESSWIRE / May 20, 2020 / ESSA Bancorp, Inc. (NASDAQ:ESSA), the holding company for ESSA Bank & Trust, a $2.0 billion asset institution providing full service retail and commercial banking, financial and investment services, today announced that its Board of Directors declared a dividend of eleven cents ($0.11) per share. The dividend is payable to shareholders of record as of June 16, 2020, payable on June 30, 2020.
