I always knew that China would use its own way to innovate," said Presnick, adding that he is impressed by China's capacity to commercialize technology innovations.Presnick also sees potential for Chinese and U.S. companies to collaborate in joint ventures in many parts of the world.He said China and the United States have the opportunity to create a new bilateral relationship in the 21st century, which could help build global stability and prosperity for years to come.Presnick said that the United States and China need each other, and "the reality is the United States and China are two halves of a symbiotic relationship."
